I. INTRODUCTION
As a senior in the English department of HCMC University of Education, I had the opportunity to participate in a 2-month internship at KinhghepVietnam CO. , LTD. The company went into operation in 2017 with the main business of producing glass and glass products. Besides, the company also has other industries including the installation of supply and drainage systems, fireplaces, and air conditioning; Wholesale household electrical appliances, and equipment for the office. The firm is headquartered at 165 Binh Long Street, Binh Hung Hoa A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
To attract and retain talents with a good spirit and responsibility to work, there is no denying the importance of the Human Resources Department. In particular, recruiters play a significant role in finding and connecting candidates suitable for the company to meet the benefits for both parties. Understanding that core value, I applied and became a recruiting intern to assist in the recruitment process for vacancies at the company. Through the internship, I realized the importance of employer branding in today's competitive labor market. Therefore, I am writing this report to analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process at the firm. From there, I was able to come up with effective proposals and solutions to attract more talent to the company.
