I am going to write about how we could staying fit.
First of all I believe that staying fit one of the most problem in the world. We can say that is seriously matter which are for our generation. I will discus my argument in this essay.
Especially students society have eat poor food product that's why they have special disease which is stomach gastric. Every students have been busy a day routine therefore they have not enough time their a healthy food. In my opinion and my advise All students have to extremely give attention that exactly their eat food because it is very main risk in our life.
In medicine have three gold rule for healthy lifestyle.
Firstly fit eat every day every time compare with time which is having quality and full with vitamins.
Seconly training with sports which is whatever every day.
Thirdly role is normal sleeping which is contain 8 hour every day.
These three role the best of the way of healthy.
In my view students could eat the healthy when they will to take natural food products their at home I am not able to see another way because nowadays all agricultural products deficit and expencive in the towns.
