The chart bar and the table illustrate the comparison about how much time between males and females spend on different activities in Britain.
Overall, it can be seen, men have spent more time in leisure activities and women used more time on household activities
The chart bar depicts that except for repair, women do more household activities. On average, women allocate around 75 minutes a day to cooking and washing which is more than double the time used by men on the same activities. Shopping and washing are the next of important activities that take around 35 and 30 minutes a day. For repair activities, men usually consume about 19 minutes that surprisingly, more than double the time women used at the same activities.
For leisure activities, both men and women enjoy spending time watching TV, video, or listening to the radio. Both genders consume around 137 and 118 minutes a day for that popular activity. Which surprisingly, more than a fifth of time they consume to reading and sport.
