People want to define a small house. because, the believe that, if they define at small house, they have not clean home daily. Engineers know theese asks. even though some engineer dont think about people who depends together while prepearing a ground plan.
Last times, customer of small house are rising. In case, architects should be carefully on the ground plan. people want to define in a suitable house. If we examine to existing floor plan, we can see that, the plan is not comfortable. stairs is too height for children and old people. Living room leave to stairs on the plan. In appereanc, this is a good idea but in the other hand living room smaller than proposed changes plan.
From my perspective, stairs were prepeared. enterance door side is seem commodious. this is plus point for customurs of small house. The propesed changes plan looks like convenient and suitable.
As a result, if arthitects and engineers dont think the customer’s asks, they dont sell their ground plan. In constrat, they reduce own famous called. Ground plans should be convenient for child, pets and old people.
