Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to ask that you refund my money.
Gloceries for Your Family titled website is not safe and easy, because I transfered the money for the goods, delivery fee these price were 530 euros and I expected the arrival of my goods by evening at 9 pm, but the delivery has not arrived with my goods. I checked the goods delivery radar on GPS and no order visible in order history.
As far as I am concerned I am not a complaining person, but I saw on the website that it has a seamless check out process and safe payment system, but it does not seem to be that and not talking about the same-day delivery in spite of it is a promissed information
So I made a decision about messaging to the chatbot of helpful support team 24/7 and I had been wainting for hours and nothing had happened and no resolution.
I called the bank in conjuction with this situation and information and they say it is with you.
Please refund my money immediately, because it is not correct and fear to cheat with that.
