Give suggestion about challenging aspects of teacher and how do we mativate people to be teacher

Initially, I am immensely grateful as you are asking my views. To begin with, in fact, teacher is honourable profession. However, they face many challenging aspects in their field. For instance, the most common of them is naughty pupils. Because of them, teachers can survive stress and nervnousness. What is more, most teachers have difficulties in teaching mixed ability pupils. The reason behind is that if pupils are divided into better ability and poor ability, teacher can give tasks according to their levels. As a resuly, this can be comfortable for teachers. Moreover, another challenging aspect is lack of funding. For this reason, fewer people are interested in becoming teachir. And also, to my mind, people should be motivated to be teacher by the government. That is why, teachers should be provided high quality facilities not only for teaching process, but also for living. To sum up, their respect should be reaches to the high degree between population. In this case, most people are interested in to be teacher. I will be grateful if you take into my consideration.
