Few companies around the world especially the more renowned one allow their worker to work from home while few higher up expect their team to work in the office. These 2 work options have their own benefits and adverse aspect and In this essay ill explain both of their advantages and disadvantages.

Although working from home is more preferable by the recent hire because of their flexibility and more relaxed work environment it's without a doubt will cause some conflict among others employees especially the one with more seniority. Despite their disdain, recent hire tend to choose to work from home in contrast where senior employees prefer to work more in the office. Therefore, more worker choose to work from home because it give them more freedom and less pressure than working at the office. Admittedly working in the office can also provide some benefits among co-workers for example it give employee time to socialize between each other, more task completes on time, better teamwork, etc. Unlike working from home where the social interactions is limited. Furthermore, working in the office has been proven to improve your work as you concentrates more on your task, as a result more task will be done on time. For example a project that needs to be completed in 2 weeks can be finished faster with employee who work at the office than from home and as a result management will be satisfied with your accomplishments. Overall both of the options give employee some benefit and drawback. In the end it all depend on the company policy and their employees to choose which on is better for them. Me personally would love to work home more than the office.
