Undoubtedly, doing exsercise play a pivitol and crucial effcts in our lives. In this vein, there is a recent debate abouth wether children have to spend plenty time to practising sports? I like to think I an the kind of person who is willing it is not necessary for children to paricipating in sports. But when I get right down to it it seems I am not areal fan. In contrast being active during childhood is my desire. In the ensuing paragraphs I will elusidate my resons. The first notable rason is that being an athleth aid to maintain our phisical and mental healthy. In addition you can overcome your tough lessons by memrising them better. Consequently this fortifies our self-confidence. My own experience is persuasive reason of this. When I was a child I was an introverted person wich have some probelms to make some rapports. The I enjoyed to our school basketball's team. Thus this helps me to overcome my shyness and can boost my comunitie's engagement. Moreover, alongside the first reasons, participating in phicical activities assissts to relieve and eliminate our stresses. Hence, when we exsercise a chimal mater secreted in our brain named dopamime, which help to be more relaxe and joyful. For instance, in this regard, a nation survay was conducted at theUniversity of Teharan, Iran. Two groups was selected: Tirs students which don't play any kindf of sport and other was a group of student which do exsercise ocasunally. They investigated whether having activity affect on the children's enxiety. A considerable number of latter group reveal less stress than former. To wrap it up, if one weigh above statment's pros and cons, he/she will realises that engagment in some sport is benefical for children. Not only does it help to improve their selfe-confidence, but also it aids to overcome our stresses.
