Moreover, teleworking can be costly because of necessary equipment and furniture. For example, people have to get their rooms organized to set up desks and to get connected to a stable internet connection, which would demand extra expanses. However, while working from home, people can keep the equilibrium between their work and personal lives, I think. This is because the time that they spend on commuting is saved while they work remotely and therefore, they would devote more time to their families. In addition, they can schedule their work around their lives, which enables them to be present in important family events. Another benefit is being productive owing to comfortable and stress-free environment. Namely, workers can feel free at home as they are not obliged to sit in a dull office ambience, and take breaks whenever they need, which increases work efficiency. To conclude, distance employment may be a negative trend as it can seclude people from others and come in high costs. However, in my opinion, it is beneficial because people can keep the harmony between their work and life as well as being more fruitful at work.
