According to the passage, we see the positive affect of the 4 days working in a week. Conversely, we see the negative affect of the 4 days working. We can say we save the money when we offer the 80 percent of their wages for the employees who want to work 4 days of the week. But it doesn't work in practical. The companies are going to choose who wants to work 5 days. Because they need to more work afford with less money. If they chose the employe working 4 days they need more employees too. And we can say it has higher costs than the existing scenario. Also if companies take more workers, they need more spaces which they cannot have. In addition we can talk about the greater amount of free time which the employees have it when they select to 4 day working option. Maybe they can resting well and having a good time with their family but they cannot develop themselves in their work. After a sometime, 5 day workers getting to be a better choice. And the 4 day workers won't find a job in this case.
