The development in technology has brought about many environmental issues. Some people believe that living a simpler live is the key to solve this problem, while others believe that the solution lies in the technological advancement that is being developed. It is undeniable that ling simpler live improve the environment considerably, I also agree that technology should be applied to deal with this problem.
On the one hand, relying less on technology could reduce negative effects on the environment. First of all, the over-exploitation of natural resources such as fossil fuel is the main factor that causes global warming. Therefore, cutting down on the use of many household facilities using fossil fuel as the main source of energy could reduce the harmful effects on the environment. In addition, living a simple live can help to preserve the environment. For instance, instead of using motorbikes, cars, and other private vehicles, people could use bicycle or public transport to travel.
On the other hand, the development of technology also plays a vital role in improving the environment. Firstly, with technological advancement, we can generate alternative sources of energy which is renewable and environmental-friendly.
