Incorporating people with different backgrounds and perspectives increases productivity exponentially since we can learn and grow together. Cultural exchange of ideas enhances creative thinking, leading to innovation worldwide. A varied community has a more substantial sense of unity and strength for the simple fact of being different. It flourishes in a constant state of symbiosis where everyone contributes and evolves as individuals. At the same time, this transition permits us to examine critically our attitude towards people, improving our listening skills, and use them wisely to identify when we must take action. Being an international student would make a significant contribution to the John Cabot community. My experience from another social, political, and economic context, enables me to provide insight through my knowledge about another face of the world around relevant thematics for the global community such as marginal minorities, armed conflicts, the life of a Colombian student, and the whole Colombian educational system structure. Furthermore, as I was born in a multicultural territory with indigenous overtones, I am also able to recognize these aboriginal influences living in my roots and impart their huge values to contemporary society. It is vital to bring to science, politics, or writing itself a piece of the aboriginal community knowledge, reliving the past is the current path for addressing the actual challenges. To be honest, the very moment I arrived at the institution I will transmit all my energy through a radiant smile, wearing a yellow hat just for the occasion. My sensibility will run wild and free reflecting this characteristic Colombian enthusiasm, ready to put all our heart into a true passion. A Colombian pushes himself to make ideas real, so do not get surprised by the level of dedication. Finally, a particular aspect of my culture that I promise to purchase is the inclusion of Colombian classics, as well as artists, genres, and even that connection with dance.
