My professional track is information technology in focus area Technology management specific in electronic learning that in need with the Covid-19 pandemic. As a science teacher first and E-learning specialist second who understand more about design learning offline and online wants to apply both of the two methods in parallel in apply learning methodology, duo to our limitation of infrastructure and there are a lot of countries face difficulties throw applying only online learning. My professional goal now is enhancing my skills to apply interactive and engagement learning with both of types offline and online that meet our limitation and offer best way of learning suits all types of communities, where achieve equality and justice between learners. Techwomen mentorship will help me through training and workshops exploring new aspects of design learning by technology and create a realistic application help both organization and individuals in parallel.
