After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your experience and the TechWomen network to impact your home country and community? Please be as detailed and concrete as possible.

My career plan after completing TechWomen program would be to apply what I learned into a real application. With the spread of coronavirus these days, we find that everything has changed, including forms of education and training. In addition, the learning process has now become via using digital learning, but many do this without a good understanding of the functions of using technology. so my task after completing the program will be to apply what I learned in a real application that benefits everyone. I decided to create an online content hub in Arabic for anyone who wants to change their training or learning method to online learning specially arabic learners, and through it, I use a specific roadmap for each step supported by resources and real application. In my imagination, it will be an interactive hub that will achieve a high level of learning experience with high quality. In addition, will engage all learners even those who speak Arabic. On the one hand, I plan to work in a multinational company that will allow me to implement my main modules in their learning process, and there I can test the results of the learning experiences of learners with different backgrounds and cultures, especially using both augmented reality and visual reality. As for the long term, I plan to enrich the Arabic content related to e-learning technologies in Egypt. As I have noticed that the training courses for e-learning technologies here are very few, and there must be more courses that can be added to enhance that path and target more people interested in these techniques for content analysis. Moreover, collecting the important results that I will learn during the program will be my mission, which will benefit humanity and work to organize the list of contents better. Finally, TechWomen will help me develop my skills and will give me new perspectives on the future of online learning that will develop anyone who wants to learn about the power of using technology closely.
