Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about a problem with my laptop which I bought recently from your shop.
First of all, I would like to inform you how this problem began, while I was having an online conference, the laptop suddenly start downloading a new update which was without permission request, even though I tried to stop multiple times, it was all in vain.
This issue is highly affecting my occupation since we are teaching online due to the current pandemic conditions, therefore, I cannot make the lectures at the scheduled time. Furthermore, a significant part of my Ph. D. sessions is stored in it.
Currently, I am using a friend's laptop to resume my job which he borrowed it for me a couple of days. However, I would like to use the warranty to benefit from a free reparation at your earliest convenience.
