Well, one of the benefits is that the low income class properly will not compare their homes with those who lives in high class. It will reduce the various differences between the community. To illustrate, the feature of luxury styles of designing will be disappeared. the rich can not show what kind of trees they have or the type of glasses or which colour they chose for the furniture in the backyard. In addition, the area will be identified clearly by the block of buildings which are in the same category of construction. On other hands, the house structure in many cases is reflecting a clear picture of our identities people also, will have much more choices according to their financial budget. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to decide what they need according to their income. For example, a small family who decide to have only four bedrooms for their children will be happy if they have this certain choice in contrary if they had to choose whatever set by the government. Boring colours will be not in the scene as the neighbourhood will be coloured with various nice colours. In conclusion, I believe that the individuals have the right of freedom in their housing structures as well as office buildings according to
