Bar chart- UK - fruit consumption rate

The bar chart describes the rate of population in terms of gender and kids in the UK who had the regular supply of recommended fruit and vegetables in the years 2002, 2006 and 2010. Overall, it can be clearly seen that there were similar patterns for consuming fresh produce by men, women and children throughout the years. Another interesting point is that females were the most consumed food in all given years. Regarding females, they consumed the most vegetables in all years in which they ate the most load with 32% in 2006 and the lowest load was at 25% in 2002. Similarly, males also had the regular amount of those kinds of food which didn’t have a significant difference in comparison with females consuming rate, accounting for 28% in the former period and 22% in the latter period respectively. On the other hand, for children, they didn’t have as much fruit and vegetables as men and women in an 8-year period. Their consumption rate was generally twice lower than women 's consumption rate.
