Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about hotel "Swan" where I spent my holiday. Firstly, in your hotel brochure all conviniences were mentioned clearly. Having informed that I believed the comfortness of the apartment. When I settled down the room of the hotel the problems appeared. The first problem was the air conditioner of the room did not work so it was too hot to stay in it. Another problem was, the service of your staff could not serve perfectly whenever I called them to bring a drink or food they were often late. I think you should take responsibility for observing their job manners and responsibilities. Moreover, in your brochure claimed that there was a special bus for seeing sights of the lakes in this city but unfortunately this kind of trip was not organized. I think it is obvious that your brochure was misleading. I would like some partial refund for the inconvenience. As I mentioned it was the worst holiday I had ever had.
