Tourism act as one of the essential sources of revenue for most of the countries in this contemporary world. However, paying less attention towards a country’s tourism activities, might have a remarkable impact on the nation. I will scrutinize both the views before forming a conclusion at the last. To embark on the advantages, tourism is one of the best ways, we can connect with the people from other parts of the world. With tourism enabled, we can travel to many places of different culture and take the good deeds from them. And also, tourism is among the other solutions to reduce our daily life’s stress. Above all, this provides income to the government, which in turns can be used for other developments or enhancements of the resources of a country. On the other flip side of the coin, tourism might also bring some bad deeds. One of major issue that is dangerous about tourism, is terrorism. If the tourism activities are not monitored properly, chances of increasing terrorism and illegal entries might affect both the people and economy of a country. In addition to this, some people feel that, a lot of money is spend on tourism, which can be instead spend on free education and hospitalization for the people of their country. In some places, tourist places are maintained by the funds from government, as they do not create sufficient revenue. To conclude, tourism has many benefits which makes the disadvantages to turn down. Nevertheless, tourism should be operated in a cost efficient and secured way to minimise the disadvantages of tourism.
