I agree to old saying "Health is wealth". There are various ways to remain healthy, while some have already in-built immunity, while others has to achieved it. How to maintain good lifestyle is being discussed from many years and it greatly varies from person to person. Let us discuss more on the same for better knowledge.
The fast life in humans are dragging them more behind money rather than health. One needs to deal with stressful life caused due to work pressure, life problems and genetic disorder. Some person can handle the situation well based on their body structure while others can't. In addition, there is a great impact of diet and lifestyle in anyone's life. In our country India, people are more interested in western cusines rather than staple foods, which are harmfull for health. This scenario repeats more or less in all over the world, people themselves are responsible for their doings. For example, any famous personality do have stress, but to remain fit, they train their muscle, have a good diet and live better lifestyle. On contrary, ordinary people do not focus on their body, diet or life, they only depressed themselves more in difficult situation.
Besides this, people are more enthusiastic towards weight training, which is making public mad towards it and now we can see the body building trend with all are rushing towards it. On the contrary, I feel that exercise should be a part of life and it has to be done regularly to build strength, reduce stress and reduce unwelcomed deceases. For instance, when I used to do fitness training, I was feeling more happy and confidence in my work due to reduction in stress and anxiety level which gives calmness.
I think that, health should be given top priority and should discipline their life with some exercise and good eating habits. A few simple steps can lead you to safer side.
