I hope you’re doing well. I got your letter yesterday, and I’m happy to hear from you about your vacation plan. But there has been a problem with that.
As you know, I have currently working as a marketing manager at Amber Infotech for the last 2 years. My chief executive has assigned me a one-week special meeting at the Dubai World Trade Center and we conduct an exhibition of our company products. The meeting was arranged for August 27 to September 3, so I’m going on 26 August and returning on September 5th.
However, after these busy days, I will have a leave of 3 days from September 6th to 8th. Therefore, it would be great if could schedule your holiday trip for these days. Besides, I would appreciate it if you could stay at my home during the entire trip.
I hope to hear from you soon and once again sorry for your trouble.
