It is a fact that the major part of applicants are looking for jobs which includes big salaries. Although it is not the only reason why people are giving preferences to exact offers. In this essay I would prove my state of opinion, why good salaries are the most important for specialists despite job satisfaction.
Firstly, young applicants should understand their life opportunities based on salary. If the amount of money does not reflect their expectations, people would not respond to the offers of the exact company. Workers must know that they will not care about rent price, medical insurance, food, etc. In addition, big salary is the guarantee for a company that worker will not search the internet and labour exchange for second work because if it does, burnout is going to become the life companion with a big percent probability.
Secondly, motivation of employees directly depends on money. Even though the work is very interesting, exciting and vivid, these properties could not turn back the fact of a miserable salary. For example recent occasions in Hollywood - actors and screenwriters riot. They were clearly understanding that their payment was not so big according to their volume of activity. Despite the disadvantage of a small salary, their work could make them jealous of other humans because it is a really gorgeous type of labour.
In conclusion, a lot of people are looking for offers that can make them satisfied in their jobs. Besides, applicants are understanding that the ideal offer does not exist. So you should choose one with a bigger salary because of bigger opportunities and stronger motivation to do your work best.
