It is considered by some that everybody should embrace a plant-based diet because consuming red meat could results in unhealthiness. Hence, in my opinion, I support the viewpoint because it would improve individuals' well-being and lower the chances of health complications. To start with, the intake of vegan promotes good health condition. When people consume it, a high level of supplements is passed into the body thereby nourishing it. Therefore, the consumption of fruits such as cucumber, watermelon, cabbage and so on are more beneficial to the body than beef as it causes cardiovascular diseases. Similarly, people are encouraged to include veggies in their diet rather than meat which could be sliced on the meal as toppings. For instance, a research carried out by a number of nutritionists that the absorption of nutritious food are healthier and beneficial to the body. By this, if individuals reduce their fat intake, cholesterol would not be in the body. Moreover, the habitual intake of vitamins tend to control health problems from aggravating. As a result, when fruits are substituted in the diet, it promotes healthy living and nourishes the body. According to medicine, it is essential to stay away from foods that could aggravate illnesses in order to avoid any critical scenario. For example, a dietitian asserted that absorbing poultry could complicate one's health issue most especially those with high blood pressure. Consequently, if individuals are mindful of their food consumption, a more severe sickness could be avoided. In conclusion, adoption of veggies should be included in people's diet owing to the fact that beef causes disorder. Thus, I agree to this notion because it would boost the health condition and reduce aggravation.
