The first step, after growth of grapes, the farmers harvest them and put them into the boxes. Second step, grapes placed on the flat under the sun shining to drying for 2-3 weeks. After that, all the dried grapes are collected and then load to the truck for shipping to the factory for cleaning, washing, sorting and packing. The fourth step, tiny waste things of raisins are cleaned and the next step all of them are washed many times. In addition, in this stage the harmful bacteria are destroyed.
