not able to continue part time eveining cource

Dear Mr Smit, I am Andy, Part-time Student at your evening Computer classes from past 1 year. I am writing this letter to let you know that i will not be able to continue these classes any further from next month due to increase in work load and better career opportunity. I am hoping that you could consider my application for closure and let me know in case of any concern. Currently, I am working as a full time Software developer at Infosys limited and in part time I use to attend your evening course. However, I have been moved to a new project due to which i need to work in evening shifts to coordinate with other team members working from US. It's a great opportunity to learn new techniques and enhance my profile for future endvendours. As I will be working in evening i won't be able to attend your evening classes any further. It was really grateful to be part of your part time evening course. It really helped me improve my computer skills and gave me the opportunity to learn a lot of new emerging technologies. If not mistaken, I. remember a deposit amount of $250 was paid before starting the course which I aspect to be paid off at the time of account closure. I would be appreciate if you could consider my application of closure at the earliest and let me know how the deposit money will be returned.
