I am writing in connection to the disappointment I went through when I received your letter. I choose this bank because of its professional services perception I had developed which got shuttered as soon as I checked the contents of the envelop. Never ever had I expected that I will be asked to acknowledge something which I had never received in this case “my card”.
Moreover, I am a tech savvy type of a person. I like to shop online. I prefer to use applications to order my food instead of calling. In both scenarios my mode of payments is always my card. Since, I have not received my card and I have to whereabouts of my card. I am not just having stress about my missing card but also, I have to go through annoying phone calls to order my food. Without my card my daily routine is disturbed and plus I have to further wait for the card.
However, I want to know what actions you will take in order to recover my missing card and how will you compensate me on your ignorance of sending me letter for acknowledgement without the card.
