Population age average is decreasing in developed country

Population age average is decreasing in developed country AqX
I will talk about decreasing of population age average in the countries which are usually developed. According to some researches and surveys, especially in developed countries’ young population is decreasing swiftly. Several reasons are causing this situation. Nowadays, in developed countries, people do not want to have a baby. Because, every passing day, people have much work than in past. Having a baby is a big responsibility. And people do not want to take responsibility since people are very busy nowadays. People do not have enough time which is especially leisure time. People do not have time yourself. Because of this situation, the young population is decreasing constantly. The decline of the young population has huge and negative consequences for developed countries. The first negative consequence which is the biggest is low labour. If a developed country did not have enough labour it can not produce enough goods. For example, Germany is the biggest country in Europe but its population is very elderly. Germany accepts migrant workers every year because of its labour needs. This situation causes many negative consequences. The second consequence is that it has not enough soldiers. We know that military technologies are very important. But if you don't have enough soldiers, the technology is useless. The last negative consequence is that culture is not transferable. If you do not have young individuals, you can not fully convey your culture. So how can we solve this problem? In my opinion, governments which are usually developed and rich can solve this problem. These countries have this power and they can do it if they want. The first step must be the social incentive. For example, governments may not some tax from people who have a new baby. Or, governments may make many free children kindergarten. Another step must be moulding public opinion. People should be told about the advantages of having children. In my view, when the necessary work is done this problem will be solved by governments.
