I stayed at your hotel for only one night and the room number was 1219. I was going to catch the flight in the morning so I left in hurry. Because of that, I forget to wear my jacket when I was leaving my room.
This is a brown color jacket with a name card inside the right-hand sleeve. The brand of this jacket is Dior and the size is XL. Besides, I remember that I hooked the jacket on the back side of the door.
Could you please kindly make sure that any of your staff or room maids found this jacket on that day and reply to this email to inform me about the result?
