Dear Manager, My name is Harsimran, I am writing this letter to inform you the service we were being provided by your staff when we have a visit at your restaurant this 12 of August. We ordered Indian platter with Italian cuisine but unfortunately we end up waiting for the food for more than 2 hours. Adding to this when we got the food served many of the dishes in the platter were already cold and did not taste fresh. The Italian food we ordered was never served either to us and when I asked one of the waiter for the Italian dish he responded me that it was served to someone else as they came inn for take out only. I was so excited about this day as this was my family get together after so long COVID- 19 situation. We were not happy with the service and even did not get any resolution for the Italian cuisine as we just ended up only asking for that again and again but no one gave us any updated that if we are going to be served again or not. I really believe that your presence is must over the place as if such things are going to happen again no one is going to visit this place. I will be waiting for your response. Regards, Harsimran
