At present there are a lot of company are hired by men but it is a lot of openess and don’t judge about the sex. In many positions can do by women and they do very well. From my perspective women have a good ability as well as men, they have patience and effort which is a good thing and make them successful. The companies that need employees in high positions should give them a chance.
The reason behind why we should get women into work is women have patience and resolution. A good example of this is women when they are pregnant, they have patience to hold their baby in the womb, face hormonal fluctuations for 9 months and also have to endure the pain of giving birth.
When we talk about resolution, from my experience, I have noticed from the fineness in silk weaving. They must have the intention to take a long time to get beautiful and exquisite fabrics. According to a survey, Women received a lot of weaving prizes from Contemporary Fashion Competition 2020 and received the money in order of competition.
For companies who have to hire men, the main reason is men are stronger than women and able to work in other provinces more conveniently. To highlight my point, most medical devices dealers are men. It is specific in the job application.
All in all, though it is true that most of the high positions in companies are hired by men, we should also bear in mind to hire the women. Because of the assiduity and endurance of a woman, it makes many companies have quality work.
