I am writing to apologize about my mistake when I was staying at your flat.
Firstly, I want to express my gratefulness about your help when you have accommodated me for two weeks. I announce a bad news for you that is when I was cleaning the floor yesterday I dropped your bowl down because of my clumsiness. I have regretted about that I wish it were not happened.
I knew that bowl is so precious because it is an antique item of your ceramic collection. Therefore I can not know how to express my regret fully. I hope you will accept my apologize again.
I think that bowl is more than a expensive item because it is an important part of your collection. So, I suppose you let me find and buy an equal item to add on your quilting for replacement.
I hope my mistake will not bother you too much and I look forward to your accepting.
