Dear Sir,
Thank you for your letter inviting me to an interview for the course in college. I had been looking forward to your response all week and the college is my first pick.
However, the date that you have suggested is clashing with a previous appointment I had made a few months ago that Is quite important regarding my health and due to the limited availability of the specialist I am seeing I will not be able to change this date.
Would it be possible to change the time to after 15: 00 on Friday? Or alternatively the following Monday or Tuesday would also be suitable. Regarding the interview will I be required to bring any material or expect to complete a test of any sort?
I am also yet to get my license so would have to be dropped off and picked up. Do you have a rough idea of how long will the interview be so I could inform my chauffeur?
