Living longer is what everyone expect nowadays, more time is equal to more experiences. As we get older we know that thanks to the advance technology we expect to live longer than the people before 2000s, As the years go by, new discoveries help treat diseases that were deadly in the past, and thanks to new drugs and treatments the most that can happen is a small cold. Besides all the problems we may have there is always something in the drugstore to make us feel better. In the past a little fever could end in death, but nowadays is easier to get healthy with a simple pill. Is normal that now we get colds but is easy to get rid of those. A good example of how much the Medical technology has advanced to both the level of the COVID pandemic. Exactly 100 years ago there was a pandemic known as the Spanish flu where you could not do anything, if the flu gave you the chances of dying were greater than 90%, the opposite of what the pandemic is today, where nothing else 5% went undercover and the hospital depended a lot on that 5% but little more than half was saved.
