When the World Witnessed a Logical Love

It was a late-night conversation between two old lovers who didn't know they were in love for 10 long years. Her feeling was so stubborn to be brushed under the carpet, it was craving an acknowledgment. So, she decided to give it a try, to admit her purest feeling, to not die with a regret of not letting him know. She wrote it in simple words, and he got shocked and told her: ''Let's talk on the phone''. And that was his most mature approach, to not carry on the conversation about this intense and important feeling by texting, he knew most of its authenticity will be lost by the limitation of words and emojis, it's the voice that delivers the feeling accurately, it's the breaths, the silence in between, the words that flow from mouth instantly, the unavailability of ''backspace'' button, that makes the conversation highly encouraged in vital topics. The conversation was about love, but the lack of emotional words made it unique. Their maturity level escalated rapidly in the past few years which made the conversation "a logical discussion''. It included a discussion about the pros and cons of the relationship, what it may lead to, parents' reactions, and above all, how to establish it in real life. After the conversation that lasted for hours, they concluded to give their love a go, to initiate what they called ''a mature love''. The most jaw-dropping part was, that the whole conversation didn't include the most common three words the lovers say ''I Love You'', and that too plays the role of making this conversation unique. They ended the conversation, she wrote the date down in her phone notes. They carried on doing their daily life tasks without completely realizing what just had happened. Soon after, as the days went by, they started to witness the intensity of this feeling, the astonishment it held. The discovery of the perfect lover made them insanely amazed. They were scolding themselves for not taking this decision in the last few years, but they also believed in timing, that all those years were preparing them for this moment, was building their strength to fight for each other, to make this work.
