It’s often risen discussed that employees who hold a university degree are better provided higher wages than others who don’t. In my opinion, I completely agree with the statement and more financial advantages should offer to those graduated workers.
Firstly, people who have finished university are skillful and more professional. They attended university courses like Bachelor's degree for 4 years have proven that they have examined on their major or future career understandably. Moreover, they have been through many difficult examinations each year to clarify their knowledge and experiences due to some students they have been working in university lives. In addition, to build stronger ability and get a well-paid job some students tried to continue for more years. For instance, they paid amount of wages or got scholarships to further oversea for Master's degrees or PhD.
Secondly, it encourages students to endure their study lives and promotes the education systems in the country. The number of students who drop out of school will be decreased for the reason that efficient knowledge and a university degree are the requirements. Hence, people will take tuition seriously and the number of professional employees absolutely increase. In particular, if degree staff awards are lower or the same as those who are not, it’s unfair and the education is not valued anymore. On the other hand, an actual skill is not only able to develop the business but also the whole country due to the capability of human resources.
In conclusion, furnishing more earnings to graduated workers is valid and fair since they have invested in their degrees for a long time and it also conveys the value of high education to people and development.
