In current materialistic world, employees tend to choose the occupation based on the size of the salary whereas I personally think that importance of money is overrated, therefore other factors should not be underestimated. On the one hand, people might be drawn by the money factor, for fulfilling their basic needs. For instance, residents need to pay for housing, health care, childcare and other daily necessities so as to live in a good quality of life. Moreover, there some example of people who could not even provide their families with food after chasing their dream jobs rather than considering the pivot of money. Therefore, a number of workers always try to avoid of being in that situation and endeavour as hard as they can to generate a great deal of revenue. On the other hand, I believe that other factors are as crucial as importance of salary. First and foremost, personal relationship and atmosphere of company tend to be excessively important when considering an occupation. In other words, workers tend to struggle to fit in with co-workers if they are not friendly towards new employees, which may fade the interest of people to their new job. Secondly, having an open-minded manager is regarded as one of the priority of employees when opting for particular job. Workers might be at risk of being laid off due to their conflicts with the manager. As a result of which, they may lose the opportunity of getting promotion and earning more money. To sum up, people should also agonize over other considerations for having a good job, rather than neglecting them due to high size of the salary that is offered
