• I have also worked on an end- to end project in the leasing company. We had take requirement from clients and customize the system according to their business use case. I think this is the project I loved the most, it was challenging. This was one of my first projects and it taught me a lot.
• I have also worked in the customer success team as a workstream lead, this was one of the most challenging teams I was put in. I had to constantly be on my toes, have a calm and reassuring demeanor always. Understand what the clients issues and try to solve preferably on the spot. It required me to have knowledge on the software I was working on. It increased my confidence to a whole new level actually.
• As I mentioned before I just finished a co-op with TD bank and was working as a Business System Analyst. This was the first time I was working in the Data as Service team, something that I have never done before and the experience was amazing
• I got to learn a lot about migrating data to Microsoft azure, learnt the importance of mapping documents and the shebang around it
