If we don’t have enough sleep, we will feel tired and sleepy, which makes us unable to focus when doing work. Most people say that sleeping 8 hours a day is enough, but I think it depends on the age of each person. There are many benefits and disadvantages when sleeping 8 hours a day There’s a lot of benefits for adults when they sleep 8 hours a day. First, we will have good health, it is good for both mental and physical health. For mental health, we can avoid frustration from insomnia. Our mood will remain sustainable during the day, therefore we will be ready to conquer all the work. Second, we can ensure a strict daily schedule thanks to sufficient sleep. With a habit of 8-hour sleep per day, all the other tasks and duties during the day can be done followed by a strict timetable. Gradually, it will help people build good personal discipline and become a better version of themselves.
