It is thought that whether wealthier countries should be required to help poorer nations or poorer countries should take care themselves. I completely agree that looking after citizens of poorer countries is their responsibilities, they should not expect helping from other nations. First of all, I believe that the main duty of each government in each nation must support their citizens in all aspects. As you know that government is established to help a country become better more and more. Of course, if there is any problem or trouble for their nation, government firstly manages to settle it by itself. For example, in the out breaking of covid-19 pandemic, Vietnam, a fairly poor country, can also overcome the most difficult time of the pandemic with supporting of all citizens including various professions. The government should be a connector all people. That’s why poor countries should take care by themselves. Secondly, providing support from wealthy nations makes poorer nations be in underdevelopment countries and may be easily stay at not growing. That means when poorer countries are received supports from other countries, they will be in a mind that they don’t find any ways to improve or settle their predicaments, because their bad situations will pass away due to wealthy nations.
