In my experience, responsibility and honesty are two prerequisite virtues that a fellow worker should have. In this essay, I will dive into the reasons and justify my own view. There are a host of reasons why I give responsibility the highest priority. Every cooperation, regardless of love or work, is also based on willingness and fairness. In certain types of relationships, the partners should clearly define their tasks and try their best to obtain the key performance indicator. Cooperation is born to ensure that participants achieve their communal targets in the simplest and fastest way. Hence, if a partner is not willing to fulfill his task, his team is likely to yield poor results. For instance, supermodel Naomi Campell has been criticized a lot due to her unpunctuality habit, which has put numerous important shows off. In my opinion, we resort to working in groups to boost our work productivity, not to lower it. Therefore, I rather run the affairs independently than be in a team with an irresponsible partner. In addition, lying is an unacceptable trait that a fellow worker should not have. In a highly competitive job market, employers would rather choose a candidate without qualifications than a dishonest one. It is miserable to work with a person who cannot believe every word he says. These co-workers often take advantage of communal endeavors to reap their own benefits. Observing the bigger picture, the economic industries in many nations are deteriorated by corruption, namely Denmark, New Zealand, and Finland. I assume that deceitful workers should not emerge in our long-term cooperation. In conclusion, I see trustworthiness and responsibility as primary characteristics that employees should take into consideration when defining their work partner. If you are in a team consisting of responsible and believable participants, you are prone to getting job satisfaction and high work productivity.
