It has been argued by some that knowledge from books is not everything that matters. In my opinion, every knowledge that you have received is essential; however, from what I have experienced, knowledge from experience is more necessary. This essay will compare the difference between erudition from books and experiences and discuss a reason to support my opinion.
Knowledge from books is an academic matter that is taught in a school. Many parents in my country consider knowledge from school is more important, for that information can be a door leading their child to higher education. While learning from books is academic, learning from experience can be developed from schooling to be more practical. Without experiences, students will never know how to adapt academic stuff into the real-life world. In addition, experiences also teach you how to survive and live peacefully in a society where everyone is different.
According to what paragraph two shows, my opinion on which is more essential than one another, I would choose knowledge from experience to be more essential. Even though an academic matter is the basis of every knowledge, yet without experiencing you will never know how to adapt that to real life. For instance, students learn that the boiling point of water is one hundred degrees celsius, they will never know that the fact is true or false unless they do an experience by themselves.
It is commonly considered by many that learning from books is not every part of your life. Academically, learning from books is an erudition that provides you with necessary information while students are taught to be adaptable from experiencing. I agree with that statement, learning from books is not everything, for you need to learn from experience rather than just reading.
