The enjoyment ratio is fluctuating now days and personnels cannot relay on same job or in same work environment for rest of life. This trend has the root causes behind it, this trend put forth in subsequent paragraphs along with relevant solutions. To begin with, first and foremost reason for staff turnover are needs, relationships and self-esteem respectively. To be precise, an employee work with full of dedication for a company but lack of promotions and low salary didn't fullfill the needs of the individuals. Secondly, relationshis are the main cause as working in a same company for many years cannot built new relations as the already know everyone. for instance, a manager working in a company almost for 10 years with full of optimisation however he didn't promoted and didn't built any new relationship. Hence, personal interest and gratification are the main cause of excessive turnover at present. To fortify further, a person working in a same job cannot explore himself and as a result his self-esteem fallen down. That is to say, lack of coordination with managers of the company in addition low the self esteem and confidence of the employees. To cast an example, this is revealed from the survey of international work organisation, that almost 44 precent staff left the job because of unpleasant environment in the company. Therefore, Bad surrounding may cause the employee turnover. There are effective measures for this problem that are firstly, company should provide time to time incentives to the employee for their dedication. Secondly, company has to maintain pleasant surrounding and maintain good relations with their staff to avoid any turnover. To exemplify, Company should organised party and get together twice in a year as the relationships become more strong and it will change the mind of the staff. Thus, company should made effort to reduce the turnover. To conclude, although there are many causes of the staff turnover problem, there are various solutions to solve the problem.
