The number of people is rising all

The number of people is rising all Q1V63
Nowadays, the medium life span of people in developed countries are increasing, this can lead to some problems for both citizens and community. However, there are a number of measures to minimize the impact of ageing process. It is known that the rate of birth is decreasing year by year in many developed countries. As a result of this, the number of older people in the country is surpassing the young people. This ageing process will cause various problems for the different aspects of a country. For instance, as people are getting old, their work efficiency in work places begin to decline year by year. Because of this, productivity levels of companies will decline gradually and product scarcity will emerge. Besides, as elderly workers will go to the retirement, it will cause the lack of workforce in the industry and the economy of the country will be bankrupt. As I mentioned above, ageing population will create several problems, however, there are a number of ways which can eliminate its effects. Firstly, the government should encourage its citizens to increase birth rates. In order to do this, authorities should support families financially. Secondly, developed countries can solve this problem by giving more opportunities for migrants from developing and poor countries. If these measures are applied by ageing countries, effects of the problem can be reduced. In conclusion, I would like to say that ageing in developed countries can be root for different problems, however there are various methods which can minimize its outcomes.
