It is important for governments to act quickly to tackle this problem because of the raising numbers of health issues. In order to do this, first of all, governments should reduce working hours and increase salaries of employers especially, in developing countries. Secondly, authorities should organize psychological centres where their citizens can get free consulting service. In addition to this, employers should be obliged to pass medical examinations in every six months. Moreover, individuals should be taught about the importance of sleep in people's health and asked to try to sleep early instead of doing other stuff.
In conclusion, I would like to say despite the fact that, shortage in sleep can cause severe results, it can be solved with the help of abovementioned methods.
