It is a knowledgeable fact that migration of individual from rural areas to urban areas has become the root of numerous hurdles either in cities or in villages. In this essay, I will explicate few problems along with practical solutions to mitigate it in the subsequent paragraphs. To commence with, there are multifarious obstacles which are face by masses in both regions. The predominant one is that density of population in cities. In other words, if villager people prefer to move to cities for various reasons namely job opportunities, better infrastructure and many more, which consequently imbalance of population at both places. In America, for instance, the intensive study of journalism proved in 2009 found that the population was counted dauble in urban areas then rural areas. To solve it, authorities ought to be provide equal amenities in term of employment as well as education system, transportation system and so on, which would help to solve problem. Furthermore, another problem behind this approach is that rural contact loses its economy and cultural values. To elaborate it, when cities are prioritised by dwellers of villages, it would not only leads to imbalance in economy due to lack of talent worker but also people tend to forget their roots. For example, a survey conducted by Oxford University reported that in India in 2016 found that almost one-third of the villages were facing the financial issues owing to the migration of skilled labour as they has quite their job in order to get batterment. To solve it, the law makers to allocate equal funds to countryside and cities to flourish and civic responsibility should be inculcated in the people. To conclude, it is quite clear that although movement of people to urban areas has given birth to overcrowded of town as well as pest a halt on the development of rural areas, yet there problem can be tackled with aid of government.
