The graph below shows UK acid rain emissions, measured in millions of tones, from four different sectors between 1990 and 2007 NYNWy
The line graph illustrates the emissions of acid rain in four sectors measured in millions of tonnes in the United Kingdom from 1990 to 2007. Overall, it can clearly be seen that there was a dramatic fall in the electric sector of acid rain throughout the period.
To begin, at first, the release of acid rain in gas and water supply was the highest amount, just under 3, 5. But then, it started to plunge significantly with the passage of time, which resulted in finishing the timeframe at five of ten. Transport and domestic sectors, however, were stable at a fairly similar level just above 0, 5. In 2005, the sector of transportation reached a peak at 1, while at that time the domestic sector hit a low of a quarter. Turning to industries, there was a continuous decrease dropping from just above 2 to 1. 25 at the end of the period.
