The line chart demonstrates the number of the questions given to the Tourist information Office by citizens in a city from January to June in 2011. It is clear that from the graph that enquiries which were given in person and by telephone were significant highest during the reseacher period. Additionally, questions by letter/email had dramatically decreased. In January, the Tourist information Office received the number of enquiries through telephone were the greatest, at nearly 900, while the figure for questions collected in persson was tremedously lower, at about 400. Enquiries received by telephone fell slightly opposite to those by in person in the next month. From April to June in 2011 both saw a dramatic growth. On the other hand, the number of questions are sent by letter/email to the Tourist information Office were at nearly 700 in January. After this, it witnessed a slow drop in Feruary and March. In May in 2011, the figure continued rapidly decreased, at about 380.
