The number of males and females who participated in the Olympics in the bar chart show that they increased and had an upward trend, although the former was much steeper, during 1924 to 2012. The number of men and women in 1924 were 3000 and approximately 100, respectively. Next, both male’s and female’s number went up dramatically and peaked at about 6000 and roughly 4500, consecutively, in 2012.
