THE BRICK MANUFACTURING PROCESS
THE BRICK MANUFACTURING PROCESS 9m1wx
The flow chart shows the process of bricks’ production process for the construction industry.
At the first stage of brick manufacturing is digging the clay with a large digger. Then the smaller pieces of clay are mixed with sand and water and then mould for shape, or cut with a wire cutter to make the raw shape of bricks. Then, the raw shaped bricks are dried for one to two days in a drying oven. After that the dried bricks are kept in a kiln both in normal and high temperature. After the 1300 degrees, bricks are placed in a cooling chamber for about two to three days. Then the bricks are ready to be packed and are sent with delivery to their final destinations.
Overall, it is apparent that the process entails three major stages, and to seven stages altogether, from clay extraction to bricks’ ultimate delivery.
