Some people say that television is a very useful tool when it comes to education. Others argue that television is a much overused ineffective teacher. Discuss both of these views and give your opinion as to the usefulness of television as an educational tool.

It is considered by individuals that whether television is effective way in order to enhance knowledge or or other masses consider it waste of time. This essay will not only discuss both views but my opinion will also be highlighted while concluding this. To embark on, there are multifarious reasons why people think watching television is a good for students because profound knowledge could be attained. To elaborate it, with the advancement of technology, various channels are included which help of children in education. Owing to this, not only children can learn easily but also can remember things for long time. For instance, a survey was conducted which revealed that digital screen is useful for knowledge to children. Despite having fruitful result of digital screen, it is not good for education according to few masses. An amount of time is wasted in front of television by children. To explain it, it could not be ignored television is good source of entertainment. When children watch television, they only see those channel which entertain themselves rather then take knowledge by watching other channels. Therefore, it could be said that television is not part of education. To conclude, even though television program can help in education, according to my perception, learners can learn more from teachers instead of television.
